A top butterfly flower. This is one of the best butterfly plants, especially for smaller gardens that don't have the room for a Buddleja. Ithas the advantage over Buddlejas in that it flowers from July till the first frosts and that the flowers are at head height. The photo shows a hummingbird hawkmoth visiting the flowers. Bonariensis is the Latin name for Buenos Aires in Argentina.
