Ulysses swallowtail

The Australian equivalent of the Blue Morpho This swallowtail rivals the blue Morpho for colour. It is very rarely seen in butterfly houses in Europe and when it does the butterflies tend to fly high up out of sight. Like the Blue Morpho, it can be attracted by blue foil in the wild. It is found in various parts of Queensland, Australia.
