Green-veined white

A White that doesn't eat cabbage! The caterpillars of this White butterfly feed on wild species of the Crucifer (cabbage) family such as garlic mustard and cuckoo flower. It is the only White with green, pencilled veins on the underside. In some years, this can be one of commonest species of butterfly in Wales.
